My Prayer Today

My prayer to You today, and every day,

is to see Your presence dwelling deeply within me.

To hear Your voice in the silence of my heart.

And to know that You are in me as I am in You.

My prayer today, and every moment

is to know Your perfect good

richly making its presence known

throughout my life and in my soul.

My prayer today, tomorrow, and forever

is to know that You and I are one.

That for me to live is Christ

And to die is gain.

My prayer today is knowing You

in the deepest part of myself.

Finding You always present, always loving,

and knowing that I am You as You are me.

AMEN
