Time is but an elastic form we have put upon our lives to give us a framework to work within. Time expands, it contracts to form a pathway for our days. Use it to your advantage. It is within your control. You control it.
Do not let it control you, or it will, making your days insufficient, squeezed, and leaving you frustrated at day's end.
Relax, breathe, and see the external expanse of time conform itself to your demands.
