As your life unfolds, you must meet each challenge with grace and acceptance. Do not shield yourself from the things that surround you. Your life is coming to you from the hand of God, and you must allow it to flow and not resist or protect yourself from it. This is a time of divine fulfillment and completion.
You can take the next step boldly and fearlessly into your life. Don’t hold back. Don’t resist. Accept and receive. And all will be well.
The excess weight is your protection from the outside world. Your insulation. There is no need to be insulated if you are embracing and allowing experience to be your final teacher. No need for insulation. Let it slip away. And stripped down, you will be strong and lean and fully present to each moment.
Be fully present in each moment. Fully conscious of exactly what is going on around you, and you will fit into your life beautifully and into your clothes.
