Never belittle or condemn yourself, my love,

but think thoughts of lovingkindness

and acceptance toward yourself.

Do not fall prey to the monster within which is hell-bent

on pushing you down and out.

Simply see the light shining within –

to heal and make all things new.

It is He – it is healing warm energy that causes your heart to sing. Let the healing energy flow.

It comes from within your heart of hearts, not from without.

Your whole world is within.

All the loving, healing energy is right there –

within your grasp, within your sight.

Simply take hold of it.

Take ownership of it!

The whole universe exists within you – not without.

All power, all love, all healing, is within your consciousness.

If you don’t believe this, just allow the possibility to settle into your reality.

Just the possibility.

Maybe...could it be true? You are your own healer, your own Master. The creator of your World?

Cultivate joyfulness. Cultivate health, happiness, and love. Whatever is pure…think about these things. Do not allow the poisonous thoughts of negativity to cloud your mind. Run freely in the open meadow of grace. Allow the Sunshine within you to be your true reality. The sun is always shining within. See it. Bow to it. Honor it. It is your salvation.

Follow your urges – your leading. Time for a change? Yes!

Time for a new direction? Yes!

Take baby steps at first. Little by little,

allowing the sun within to shine light on the next step.

Step out of the darkness (without) into the light, brightness (within).

Follow your heart’s desire, pursuing the spiritual path.

Follow it. Don’t be discouraged.

It is your path. Your desire. Do not succumb to others’ doubts or criticisms.

DO NOT!

Follow the light that shines from within to take you to your own best destiny.

It is yours, and yours alone. Follow it. Let nothing deter you.

There you will find hope and peace, and the glowing center you so desire.

There you will find your heart’s desire.

Go forward and let nothing stop you!
